Now, for us, while our love of pumpkin spice errything runs deep and true - we're also aware of just how bad all that pumpkin goodness can be for your fitness goals. Even though a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks every day sounds appealing, it's all fun and games until your jeans don't fit anymore.
That said, with some help from Eating Bird Food, Dashing Dish, and PopSugar Fitness (as well as my keen nutrition eye) we've put together a few healthier recipes to itch that seasonal craving.
