Description of Brand/Services: My business offers personal training services, group exercise and bootcamp classes that not only reshape the body through extreme weight loss, but teaches healthy living and how to incorporate healthy weight management into everyday lives. Despite the fact that I had been in the Health and Fitness Industry for 10 years, I found myself extremely overweight approximately 5 years ago. My weight ballooned up to 243 pounds. I was completely broken. Through my own transition of losing 100 pounds total, I discovered how important my journey was to helping others who struggle with their weight. I also discovered the need in the fitness industry for educated, knowledgeable, and passionate fitness professionals to help transform lives not just through exercise, but complete spiritual and mental restoration. I have dedicated my life to not only striving to be a living example of the importance of consistently pursuing fitness but healthy living.
