We had the opportunity to pick the brain of girl boss Brittani Rettig and she shared with us her 5 go-to yoga poses that are guaranteed to boost your energy levels. When we think of yoga it normally comes in the form of relaxation, or, based off of our most recent experiences, strength training. But, energy boosting has never came to mind. That said, check out these poses, give them a try, and see if you don’t feel like moving mountains afterwards!
If you will be in the Dallas area this weekend we have a treat for you! Brit Rettig is expanding her fitness offerings at GRIT Fitness with a new location in Dallas Design District opening Sunday, June 5. After a successful year with her East Dallas location on Ross Ave., Brit will be opening a brand new 5,000-square-foot flagship GRIT Fitness location (1729 Irving Boulevard Suite 101) and she can't wait to show you the space! Known for bringing a fun and welcoming atmosphere to energetic cardio, sculpting and dance classes, GRIT is somewhere you let your hair down, turn the neon lights up, and dance like nobody’s watching. With the new studio destination, Brit will be adding innovative indoor cycling classes, luxurious studio amenities, and 15 bubbly new instructors to the gym roster.
The launch party on Sunday, June 5 from 1 to 4 p.m. will include cocktails, light bites, and workout gear offerings to shop by top fitness brands. General Admission is free and open to the public. Preview Week will kick off the grand opening celebration, a week-long event at the new flagship location where clients can sign up to try a variety of free classes and meet the new instructors.
