¡Yo Quiero! Ultimate Skillet Nachos

What You Need:

  • Corn chips

  • Queso fresco

  • ¡Yo Quiero! queso

  • ¡Yo Quiero! salsa

  • ¡Yo Quiero!guacamole

  • Tomatoes

  • Sour cream

  • Sautéed Bell Peppers

  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa

  • 1 can of corn

  • 2 limes

  • 1 can of black beans

  • Sour cream

What You Do:

  1. Add chips to baking dish and top with ¡Yo Quiero! queso. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Take out and add all your toppings. Top with more hot ¡Yo Quiero! queso and fresco crumbles.
