We are constantly promoting a healthy mind, body, and soul but, we aren’t naive to the fact that people just seem to get more focused on their fitness goals after the new year. Whether it’s because swimsuit season is just around the corner or because a new year equals a fresh start, we have totally been there at some point or another and thus, we understand the struggle. So, in an effort to help our Dallas peeps #LiveYOURFit , we have curated a short list of some of our favorite boutique fitness studios in the DFW Metroplex. Because, why not have a little unconventional fun while you’re breaking a sweat?!

This studio is located in the heart of Downtown Dallas and is full of fun options that can motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. I took a V3 class that was a super intense combination of HIIT workouts, strength training, and a Vinyasa Flow class all wrapped up into one sweaty session. I must emphasize that the workout was intense but they offered variations to include something for each person’s fitness level. I also had the opportunity to try out their spin studio, which was pretty awesome and included several features that can allow a small group to partake in some friendly competition.

The Grit team will provide you with any and everything under the sun to ensure that you are having a great time while getting in a good workout. With two locations, the class options are endless. They always have a nice list of classes and even have exclusive member only challenges where you can earn some pretty amazing prizes just for investing in your health. That is something we can get down with!

Orange Theory Fitness

This is always a fun time but let us preface this with a bit of a disclaimer: you’ll want to make sure that you are ready for a jam-packed workout when you step through the doors of Orange theory. Their workouts are based on science. By that I mean each task is geared towards making sure that you stay within a certain target heart rate that is guaranteed to boost your metabolism and provide a very high intensity sweat session in the process. Interval training is always a tad bit scary but, if you want results you have to do what you have to do.
