(๐Ÿ”ฎ long caption alert but feeling inspired... On da topic of YOGA ๐Ÿ‘ฝ๐Ÿฆ„๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป) . I've mentioned before that my relationship with yoga has been an ebb & flow for more than a decade -- at times I've latched closely onto the practice, even defined myself by it because I often practiced multiple times a day and felt deeply connected to who I was on the mat. . Other times I strayed from yoga altogether in favor of running, travel, college life, and even in times of sadness where I just couldn't face what I knew would come up on the mat. Now, at 25 (almost 26!) my relationship with yoga is taking on a new form yet again. . I'm back in a new teacher training, and ALL I want to do is yoga. My body craves it when I wake up in the morning, and in the middle of the day I feel an intense pull to my mat or to a @corepoweryoga class. It clears my head, helps me breathe, gives me the space to let my mind flow wildly the way I know it's meant to, and makes my body feel SO open and so alive. . Yoga just FEELS right to me right now. Beyond the physical practice -- it creates space for me to be me. It lets my brain open up and allows my ideas and creative energy to run wild. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป basically, just feeling introspective AF about this yoga thing. Cannot even wait to see where the journey takes me next... Especially the teaching journey ๐Ÿ˜› #tbbmademedoit #tbbyoga
